Hello. I am a thin person and I workout a lot, but I’m in my 50s and now have the bye bye arms. I’ve been consulting with different aestheticians. I’m not interested in surgery. Aside from that, what would help the most? 2 providers suggested Coolsculpting. Others have suggested Emsculpt, Morpheus8 or Thermage, TruFlex. Thank you
Answer: QuantumRF The best thing to do would be a combination treatment of QuantumRF for skin tightening followed by a session of CoolSculpting to debulk.

Answer: Body Tite and Morpheus Hi, thank you so much for sharing, and great question! I would suggest a Bodytite and Morpheus8 treatment combination for enhancing the appearance of your arms. BodyTite focuses on fat reduction by using radio-frequency to target and melt stubborn fat in the arms, while also stimulating collagen and elastin to tighten the skin. This procedure is a minimally invasive office visit procedure, typically resulting in less downtime and a quicker recovery compared to traditional liposuction. The radio-frequency energy not only removes fat but also tightens the skin, addressing issues like sagging or loose skin, which is common in this area. Morpheus8 is an added bonus to do post treatment. It combines microneedling with radio-frequency energy, promoting collagen production and skin rejuvenation. This helps improve skin texture and elasticity by targeting deeper layers of the skin, Morpheus8 enhances the overall quality of the skin on the arms, making it look smoother and firmer. The combined benefits include enhanced contouring that allows for comprehensive reshaping—BodyTite reduces fat while Morpheus8 tightens and rejuvenates the skin, resulting in a more toned and youthful appearance. Both treatments are minimally invasive, allowing for a shorter recovery period compared to more invasive procedures, making it easier to resume daily activities. Together, these treatments can offer long-lasting results.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten the arm and improve appearance. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Flabby arms Dear The Gush: At MD Skin Science we use multiple devices to reduce excess fat and tighten the upper arms. I think you would benefit most from CoolSculpting. You could have one, possibly two sessions using the CoolFit applicator, and expect to see a reduction of 28% of the treated fat disappear over the 3 to 4 months after treatment. I don’t believe you will need to have a skin-tightening procedure afterward. All the best from NYC! Sheryl Clark MD FAAD
