At MD Skin Science we use multiple devices to reduce excess fat and tighten the upper arms. I think you would benefit most from CoolSculpting. You could have one, possibly two sessions using the CoolFit applicator, and expect to see a reduction of 28% of the treated fat disappear over the 3 to 4 months after treatment. I don’t believe you will need to have a skin-tightening procedure afterward.

When your arms are not proportionate to the rest of your body, they most likely have the fact that is there purely by means of Heredity. If I was to examine you and find that you have fat, given your age of 50, I would offer liposuction with or without the use of Renuvion tissue tightening device. There are only two teeny incisions made in Arm. Arm. One at the elbow crease, and one in a completely hidden area of the under arm. The use of Renuvion will be purely up to you. Only if you desire more tightening of the tissues. The recovery is quite easy, to the point where you should be able to go to work the very next day and drive a car at the same time. It always takes full three months for the swelling to completely disappear from the arms. But your arms will look better immediately and with all the swelling, they will still look better than prior to surgery. I would never recommend coolsculpt or akintite.
