I am not sure that there have been enough scientific studies to answer about optimal frequency for Vanquish. The treatment covers from side (hip/flank) to side.
There should not be a problem after you have waited 4 or more weeks following Cool Sculpt. Different modalities can sometimes be synergistic - for example we use #Ultrashape, #Vanquish and #Velashape 3 to get a result better than their individual component treatment.
