I have had 6 vanquish treatments to the abdomen......

Question

Last one a week ago. I have followed the water intake requirements, exercised and watched my food intake. I have not seen any results, visible or in inches. I will be starting more treatments to the abdomen in 2 weeks. What could be the problem? the technician says I'm tuning at 99 to 100%. Is it something the technician is not doing? How long will it take to see results. Thanks.

Vanquish has very poor results and is not approved for weight loss just deep tissue heating.  My suggestion is to see someone who specializes in body contouring and get another opinion on what you can do for weight loss.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hello,I am a surgeon that has no financial investments in any non-surgical devices, as there are no consistent or reliable non-surgical devices to melt fat. You should reconsider investing more into something that produces only minimal results in some people.Best of luck!

If you have not seen any results after six treatments, I would stop.  Some people do not respond well.  It does not seem to work on people with hypothyroid, if that is an issue for you. I would go to liposuction, that will always workGood Luck! Mark Boschert MD

The degree of improvement that you need may not be possible with a non-invasive treatment such as vanquish. You may well be a  candidate for liposuction. I suggest that you consult with a plastic surgeon who has a fair amount of experience in body contouring.Good Luck to You..
