I have had 6 vanquish treatments to the abdomen......

Last one a week ago. I have followed the water intake requirements, exercised and watched my food intake. I have not seen any results, visible or in inches. I will be starting more treatments to the abdomen in 2 weeks. What could be the problem? the technician says I'm tuning at 99 to 100%. Is it something the technician is not doing? How long will it take to see results. Thanks.

Having some tenderness is a common side effect. It could mean you've developed a nodule of fat necrosis, I suggest massaging the area, and wait until the tenderness subsides before having another treatment. We use a fan in our office to prevent "hot spots" such as these....

My practice owns both devices and often we use both on the same patient if needed. For larger amounts of fat reduction we like #Vanquish best. For isolated pockets (e.g after lipo, #CoolSculpt, or Vanquish) we like the Ultrashape which is also good for #liposculpting

#Vanquish for arms and legsit may be possible to use the new attachment ,   other devices may also work well including #velashape3and #thermismooth.. an exam will help
