Hello. I am wondering--for a very low-fat area such as arms or upper abs (where one only wants to lose half an inch of fat mass at most), are four Vanquish treatments really necessary, or would one or two Vanquish treatments suffice? Are the results of Vanquish just additive, with each treatment chipping away more at the fat layer, or does the effectiveness of the treatment overall rely upon multiple treatments in succession, due to some biological factors?

I am not sure that there have been enough scientific studies to answer about optimal frequency for Vanquish. The treatment covers from side (hip/flank) to side.
There should not be a problem after you have waited 4 or more weeks following Cool Sculpt. Different modalities can sometimes be synergistic - for example we use #Ultrashape, #Vanquish and #Velashape 3 to get a result better than their individual component treatment.
I suggest a formal liposuction consultation. the best treatments for this area is hi definition contouring which removes fat and tightening skin. Along with external heating like velashape and/or venus legacy you can get amazing improvements. Best, Dr. Emer.
