The little horizontal lines at the bridge of the nose you see when you laugh or smile are called "bunny lines". They are easily treated with Botox because they are caused by muscle contractions.

Hello.  Even though the wrinkles in question are not the "11" lines, we would still approach the treatment with Botox (Dysport) first and filler (Restylane) second.  If the lines smooth out after Dysport, then the project is done, if not, we would likely suggest adding a bit of filler.  A picture would help us set better expectations.  

Wrinkles across the nose are quite common...caused by hyperactive muscles on the surface of the nose. Many people have this issue. Treatment is very straight forward....find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who routinely performs either Dysport or Botox injections. He/she will be able to address your issue with injections into the offending muscles. Good luck!
