Non Surgical Rhinoplasty for Upturned Ski Jump Shaped Nose (Concave), Is It Possible?

Question

Wondering if the injectible fillers can lower the tip or create an illusion of sort. I have excessive nostril visibility and would like the appearance of smaller less visible ones. Would these results be possible with the procedure?

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is able to straighten the concave, "ski-jump" appearance of your nose, but it will not be able to counter-rotate your tip or reduce your excessive nostril show.

In our practice, we have had good success raising the nasal bridge, and lowering retracted nostril margins after previous rhinoplasty surgery. My personal preference and expertise is with Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results.

We do not recommend fillers placed in the nose due to complications we have seen from other practices. Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure whereby a cartilage grafts harvested from the internal portion of the nose are inserted across the bridge to build up a ski slope,, concave nasal bridge.
