Some patients who have a small bump and a straight nose choose non-surgical rhinoplasty, which is filler, to balance out the nose. The use of filler "fills" in the nose thus making it appear slightly larger but straight. 

In your case, a non-surgical rhinoplasty is not recommended because results are temporary and as the filler decreases the nose can appear much more off-balance.
