Dear b.khursbil, Without surgery, you can make the left side of the nose to look a little more like the right side Although the nose will technically be a little bigger, it will look more in proportion The results are good, not as great as surgery, and if you are not ready for surgery, you can try a non-surgical rhinoplasty with a temporary filler like Restylane or Perlane Best regards, Nima Shemirani
We do not recommend fillers placed in the nose due to the temporary nature of them and the complications that can occur with their placement. A rhinoplasty is performed to remove any hump, while straightening the nose is accomplished with osteotomies of the nasal bones and spreader grafts placed on the concave side. In general terms a minor correction with a filler "could" be done. But truely you need a rhinoplasty to straighten the nose!///
Some patients who have a small bump and a straight nose choose non-surgical rhinoplasty, which is filler, to balance out the nose. The use of filler "fills" in the nose thus making it appear slightly larger but straight. In your case, a non-surgical rhinoplasty is not recommended because results are temporary and as the filler decreases the nose can appear much more off-balance. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty (surgery). Patients can sometimes have anxiety over the thought of the procedure or recovery but once they realize how fast the surgery and recovery is over, they are thrilled.

Any time the nasal bones are crooked, there will always be a long side and a short side. Osteotomies are required to straighten the nasal bones and make them even. Spreader grafts are placed on the concave side when necessary. Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose is a difficult endeavor, So ch...
