I had a blepharoplasty a year ago which helped with my eye bags but I still don't have smooth under eye area.
Answer: What you should know about under-eye fillers Thank you for your photos. The hollowness under your eyes can be treated non-surgically with dermal fillers. Dermal fillers can create fuller cheeks, smooth away lower eye bags, and reduce discoloration by adding subtle volume in the tear trough. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon or expert injector. They will be able to assess your concerns and customize the best procedure plan to achieve your desired results.

Answer: Under eye hollows When fat is removed from under the eyes, it can reveal a hollowness as a result of the loss of too much volume. Additionally, the transition from eyelid skin to cheek skin can be more noticeable. A simple fix is the injection of a specialized product such as Belotero along the line to smooth this hollow. it usually lasts for 9 months and is reversible if you do not like the effect.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: HA Fillers, In Experienced Hands, Works Can Work Well For Treating Under-Eye Hollows In the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology injector, the issue seen in the photos can be quite readily addressed via the use of a robust HA volumizing filler to placed in the upper cheek regions (which is a major support to the under-eyes) and, if necessary the additional use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler more directly into the infraorbital area. The problems seen here are quite common and treated practically every day in this fashion in active cosmetic dermatology practices. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
