How to get rid of grid marks left from 3 rounds of CO2 laser? (photos)

I've had 3 rounds of CO2 laser around 6 weeks apart for acne scars. I healed within a week from the first 2 rounds. The third round left me with grid marks on my face. It's been about 8 weeks since my last round of CO2 and I still have grid marks on my face. They recommended that microneedling could help with the grid marks on my face, I had one round of micro needling and the grid marks are still on my face. Any recommendations to help get rid of the grid marks? afraid of permanent grid scars.
