I'm 5'3" and I wear a size 38DD. I've been having pain in the center of my chest on both sides of my sternum for awhile and my breast seem heavy. I don't know what size is actually proportionate to my height, but I need to figure this out.
Answer: Chest pain Your breasts could be causing your chest pain. I would however see your family doctor to make sure this is not related to something else - cardiac or gastric. After that you could be assessed by your PS and you could go through your requirements for a breast reduction.

Answer: Breast pain and large breasts It is possible that you somatic pain is due to the weight of your breasts. Especially if it gets better when you wear a good supporting bra. Time to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon.
