Is it possible that having large breasts can cause chest pain? If so, what should I do?

Chest pain may be a sign of more serious issues, i.e., heart disease.  Make sure you get checked out by your PCP.   After this evaluation, get a referral to a plastic surgeon to discuss the possibility of a breast reduction.

It is very possible that your breasts can cause chest pain. I would recommend that you do go see your primary care physician to make certain that the chest pain is not caused by another issue.

Your breasts could be causing your chest pain. I would however see your family doctor to make sure this is not related to something else - cardiac or gastric. After that you could be assessed by your PS and you could go through your requirements for a breast reduction.

It is possible that you somatic pain is due to the weight of your breasts.  Especially if it gets better when you wear a good supporting bra.  Time to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon.
