Based on your photo, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump can be taken down and the tip better projected. This will create a much better nasal shape from the side that also looks masculine and natural. Your chin is fine. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
You do not appear to have a weak chin or upper lip appearance on profile. You appear to have an underprojected nasal tip appearance and a dorsal hump. Issues like this may be repaired with rhinoplasty surgery, depending on your exam. Thank you. Dr Joseph
You are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Your jaw looks fine so you shouldn't get a chin implant from my assessment of the photos
Dear donkeykong01,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
You could have the hump on the top of your nose reduced so that it is straight if that bothers you. You do not appear to have a recessed mandible or maxilla though we would need to see pictures of inside your mouth with your jaws together to evaluate the positioning of your jaws, as well as photos. You have a strong chin which is masculine, but may give off the appearance of the rest of your mandible/maxilla being set back a little, even though they probably are not. If you are bothered by the appearance of your upper cheeks feeling that they are set back a little you could always have fat grafting or cheek implants placed to increase the cheek prominence. If you did not like the appearance of your chin being a little prominent you could have a sliding genioplasty or chin reduction surgery to reduce the size a little. I recommend consulting with a few plastic surgeons for more in depth conversations about your concerns and what can be done to help! Good luck!
Do you need a Rhinoplasty? Since a rhinoplasty is purely cosmetic and elective in nature, it is clear that no one “needs” a Rhinoplasty. However if you should want a Rhinoplasty, you do have a typical dorsal hump which is the most common feature addressed during routine rhinoplasty. In your profile it does not appear that you have any abnormality of the projection of your mandible or maxilla.
Hello and greetings from Turkey. As far as I understand from your picture, you have a short nose. You are a perfect candidate for the nose job. With the procedure, you will have a nose shape and size that will fit your face structure. On the other hand, fat transfer operation can be combined together with the nose job operation. Fat can be injected to your face area(especially to your maxilla(cheek area). Fat transfer operation will support your result and you will achieve much better result.
Hi, Thank you for your question. A revision with your own cartilage grafts is needed which would be ideal treatment for this nose structure. Regards. OprDr. Cem Altindag. The Nose Clinic Istanbul TR
Hello, and thank you for your question. Rhinoplasty, especially secondary rhinoplasty, is a very intricate procedure (the nose is a very complex structure). That said, the surgical approach will depend on the issue to be addressed, your nasal structure, and your aesthetic goals. And the best way...
Hi,Even I can not evaluate the side images of your nose, it appears that, nosetip edema/swelling or cartilage bulging or fibrosis etc. around that area caused the irregularity on the tip. Revision surgery may also be planned. Should you need more info.? Best. OprDr Cem Altindag-
