I had a closed primary + secondary rhinoplasty by the same surgeon. My nose is still crooked with a wide tip so I want get a revision with a new surgeon. I hear closed rhinoplasties heal faster, but is healing a few days or weeks more quickly that big a deal if the trade off is having more visibility and/or control into a procedure? Can someone clarify in detail the long term pros and cons of each? Fewer doctors do closed rhinoplasty, so I'm wondering if it is worth limiting my search for
