34 years old. Botox first time about 30 hrs ago and started with puffy left eye 2 hrs ago. (Photos)

I would keep on icing it and take a benedryl and to make an appointment with your injector as soon as possible. 

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I would see your injector for an in-person examination to determine what may have irritated your left eye.  This is not a common outcome after Botox administration and other possible reasons need to be investigated.  Hope this helps.

I am sorry that you are experiencing this. Take an anti-histamine such as Benadryl. Continue icing it and get in to see your injector as soon as you can to be examined in person. Best of luck.

It more likely to be an allergic reaction that usually gets ameliorated with antihistamines (like benadryl). I agree, icing will likely help. If it worsens or you get shortness of breath then please go to the nearest emergency room. Another course of prednisone might be needed if antihistamines and icing are not helpful! 
If this still persists then this also might be due to muscle denervation causing accumulation of fluids. The upper eyelid muscles are thought to act as fluid pumps and the fluid accumulation will reverse after the muscle retains it is full effect in 3-6 months.

Allergic reaction to Botox is extremely rare and most likely you are reacting to something applied to cleanse or gloves check with your doctor

I agree with the Benadryl.  With your prior history, I would recommend icing the area with gentle cold packs 4 times per day for 15 minutes each.  Be careful not to rub the area extensively.  Keep your head elevated as much as possible for the next three days.  I would contact and see your treating physician when as soon as you are able, as well.

It appears a bit late, but it is possible that you have an allergic type reaction to botox. Taking Benadryl was wise. Bring this to the attention of your doctor in view of your prior history.Make sure you have no insect bites anywhere.Good luck from NYC
