Can the hair on my birthmark be removed?

I have this birthmark on my legs, its slightly brown with hair. It covers up 50% on the back of my upper legs. Its embarassing to wear shorts and I got low self esteem. I wish to remove my birthmark but is it possible? But for temporary i want to remove the hair? Do I need laser or just shave it? My friends say its not that obvious if its not for the hair. Pleaseeee thankyou

If Vbeam hasn't been successful it typically is the person performing the procedure since it always works for rosacea.  This should be done in combination with other treatments that may help such as venus legacy and viva.  I am doing a lot of trials with these devices for this...
