Dermatologist took biopsy today but won't have results until next week. Just wanted to know if I should be concerned this is cancerous. Next week seems so far away.

I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation and recommendations for after care. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors to promote healing. Subsequent scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Shaving the mole or fibroma on the nose is the best option when they are flesh colored. You have a 50% chance of regrowth over the next few yrs but then just shave it flat again. It is done under local and so easy to undergo.
