I am 50 ish and have sun damaged skin and brown spots. I have read that BBL treats fine lines also. Looking for something to give me more even skin tone, erasing brown spots that REALLY works.

They are essentially the same treatment, but marketed by different companies. This is similar to Fraxel, Pixel and Profractional- they are all fractional laser treatments, with different brand names.
