Answer: Why might Botox not be working for me? I suggest you seek a reputable provider for your next treatment, if Botox isn’t working for you, it most likely isn’t because the supplements you take but probably need more units applied or the Botox was heavy diluted

Answer: Botox Injections Have Variables: Technique, Depth, Concentration, and Amount. Botox injections are very effective for glabellar and forehead creases, as well as crow's feet. It is very reliable and has been proven effective, with results lasting 3 months in most patients. There are many variables in Botox injection and that is likely the problem. These include:Technique: Botox can do many things to improve facial aesthetics, though it must be injected in the right location to achieve the desired results. Depth: the target muscles to be paralyzed are at variable depths in the face, and the drug needs to be placed in the right level to work.Concentration: All Botox is diluted and this dilution may range from 1 to 4 ratios. Over diluting may effect the result and longevity.Amount: Botox does have a dose response, so there has to be enough drug or units injected to achieve the effect.Other factors is age of the Botox (premixed may be less effective), and your expectations (Botox can only do so much and you may look at active skin care, fillers, and/or skin resurfacing). After checking these factors, I would recommend trying Dysport, to see if that works for you.
