Rhinoplasty w/ preservation of my original structure, is it possible to reduce dorsal hump and keep the "lateral" hump?

You are looking for a very conservative rhinoplasty and there are plenty of surgeons that do their noses like that. After you go on some consults it will become clear who you will want to perform you surgery

Removing dorsal hump in lateral view while preserving some curvature in front and three-quarter view: The situation in which a dorsal hump can be removed fully in the lateral view but preserving some width in three-quarter and front views can result from two circumstances. The first is a situation in which the patient’s nasal bones have a slight outward curvature. If this is the case there will be a slight lateral prominence in three-quarter and front views whether or not the patient wants this. If the bones are very straight the only way to achieve what you are seeking is to leave a slightly “open roof“ meaning that the nasal bones are not brought together all the way. This would not be considered an aesthetically desirable result by most surgeons. And I don’t think many surgeons would want to do that deliberately. In some cases the bones may drift laterally after surgery resulting in the look you are seeking however most surgeons consider that a fault rather than an aesthetic goal.
