I really wish for a nose job where I can keep my original nose structure. I want my nose to look straight from the side (as seen on pic),but from a 45 degree angle and also from the front, the dorsum has a bit of an edgy appearance which i'd like to keep. My question is if it would be possible to reduce the dorsal hump and keep the "lateral" hump at the same time? The pictures you see is a simulation of a doctor who wanted to give my nose a straight look from all points of view. Thank you!

Answer: Removing dorsal hump in lateral view while preserving some curvature in front and three-quarter view:
From your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump can be taken down and the tip projected and defined better. The nostrils are not really flared, so nothing needs to be done there. The chin isn't bad, but if you feel it's small, you can always add a small implant at the same...

It is possible to reach your goals by performing a Septorhinoplasty without the need to do any direct operation on your nostrils. I understand from the picture you have posted that you would like only minimal changes and a natural looking result.
