I'm planning to get a nose job and a jaw reduction, but since these surgeries will be done by what will suit my face the best, I want to know which one I should get done first so the results will come out the way I want.

Digital computer imaging will be helpful to understand with be accomplished with your nose on your facial features. For examples of rhinoplasty results, please see the link below

Answer: Orthognathic surgery first Surgery on the upper jaw can impact the shape and position of the nose, and while some surgeons perform rhinoplasty and orthognathic surgery at the same time, the 2 procedures are commonly separated with the jaw surgery being performed first. I would recommend against having the rhinoplasty before the orthognathic surgery.
