I’ve been reading a lot about collagen based fillers (Ellanse,Radiesse) and it seems that most doctors would not recommend the usage of collagen based fillers in the nose if one were to consider actually having rhinoplasty in the future, as the semi-permanent material makes it more difficult. I was wondering if it would be an option to use the collagen based fillers and still consider surgery an option in the near future.

These bumps are probably the cartilage domes of your nose becoming more visible as the swelling goes down. Unless they are causing problems, they are normal and nothing needs to be done.
