I will be having a Rhin/Septo/Endoscopic Inferior turbinoplasties, and I have a few questions. I will personally ask my doctor these questions, but it will be nice to hear other doctors opinions. 1. I have researched that most dorsal hump removal, septoplasty, and reduction of Inferior turbinoplasty are usually performed under closed surgery. Why has my Dr. recommended an open surgery for me?
