Hi there,in general, you have a lovely face - but a nose which is slightly large and not especially feminine.A careful rhinoplasty which reduced the overall size of you nose, plus its length, will make a big difference to you.There's a lot to know about rhinoplasty before committing to it.  The best way to start is to have a consultation with a specialist plastic surgeon in your area who is active and experienced in rhinoplasty, and who has a computer imaging system so that some preservative modeling can be done which enables you to see how your face might look with a prettier nose.All the very bestHoward Webster

Rhinoplasty is absolutely a great option as long as you go to 
someone who has a large experience achieving a natural result with 
rhinoplasty. Performed correctly, rhinoplasty can change a nose that 
looks long and droopy to something shorter and more refined by altering 
the cartilage structure inside the nose. This is done by either trimming
 the cartilage some, or changing the shape using sutures. Then the skin 
will tighten over the new cartilage structure over time leaving a great 
result. Be sure to look at many photos of your prospective surgeon to 
make sure he or she has worked on a large variety of different noses 
over time. That will help ensure you will have a nice result as
 well.

A rhinoplasty would allow refinement and balance of your nose with your face.  The tip could be elevated and the overall size reduced.  This rhinoplasty can be performed in closed fashion without a visible scar.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the 
 plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

Based on the photo, you would be a good candidate for rhinoplasty surgery to improve the areas you are concerned with.  The tip can be rotated up to "lift" the nose and prevent drooping with smiling.  It appears that you also have a hump that can be reduced during surgery.  I recommend a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon.

Hi there and thanks for the question.  I agree with Dr Webster who has replied to your question.  The key is to reduce your nose in size and length, and then use techniques to ensure it looks perfectly normal and make it look like is was the nose you were always meant to have.It is amazing how such surgery can transform a face. I assume the nose drops a little as well when you smile?  This also would be improved by a good rhinoplasty surgeon. Computer imaging will help you understand the aims of the surgery, and is an excellent communication tool.Choose carefully, and I'm sure you will do very well.
