Should I get revision on my TT/mon lift? (Photos)

I am 28 year old girl who got a tummy tuck in 2013, I was never pleased with the results and have returned to my surgeon. I think I have muffin top, my mons pubis wasn't addressed and my belly button is odd. He told me that the results are never perfect. Could this look better??

Yes, based on your concerns  and photographs,  you will likely benefit from revisionary surgery that may include additional skin excision and/or liposuction surgery.  Best to communicate your concerns regarding your umbilicus; explain to your plastic surgeon what you mean by "odd". Working together you will come up with a good plan to achieve an outcome that you are happier with. Best wishes.

Your surgeon is correct in stating that no operation gives perfect results. 
Looking at your pics the Mons is perhaps a bit droopy still with the scar riding a little high. There is also some bulk to your flanks.
These areas could possibly be addressed by removing the tissue between scar and Mons ( this would lift the Mons more and lower the scar a bit ). Liposuction to the 'muffin top' areas or direct resection with extension of the scars around the flanks to the back might also help.
Perhaps ask your surgeon about these possibilities ?

While your photos are helpful, an in-person exam is always the best way to make a determination, however based on your photos, you could consider revision or simply some liposuction with revision of your umbilicus may be sufficient.
