Revising Misinterpreted Previous Question Regarding Surgically Making Eyes Appear to Be Further Apart by Altering Inner Eyelids?

It's an example from an obscure website, but if you note the change in eye distance between the illustrated before & after, you'll see what I'm asking about. Note: The "before" eyes are more Caucasian than my own. That is to say I may have more luck achieving my goal. Is a surgery to this effect possible; to take eyes w/ semi-epicanthic folds & increase the distance between them as displayed in this hypothetical story?
