Can I Use my Retinol or Serum After Restylane Injection?

How soon after my injections can I start my skincare routine. I like to use vit C serum in am and retin A pm and moisturizer throughout the day. My PS also told me that good skincare needs to be followed as well after the injections but I am afraid to manipulate the area.

I would not suggest you do the hot yoga the day of the procedure as it might induce more bruising but it won't degrade the material.  Studies have not shown that lasers affect the filler when the laser is performed after the fillers are placed.

The first day after your injection, the lumpiness might just be swelling. I would recommend seeing the doctor or surgeon who did your injections for follow up to see whether massage may be helpful.
