Thank you for your question.This looks like PIH, Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.  Use protective sunscreen. Avoid exposure to the sun and moisturize.You may benefit from a tyrosine inhibitor to quiet your melanocytes.

This is not uncommon especially if the patient had sun exposure after (or even before) the laser. It is more common in darker skin types and is called PIH or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It will fade with time but to speed up recovery, seek help from a dermatologist. I would use the following-1. SPF 50 plus every day, hats, avoid the sun2. HQ or bleaching cream 5-8 % next few weeks3. Add GENTLE glycolic peels4.
