Pigmentation problems after Fractional laser treatement. Is there any kind of medication treatement that can help that? (Photo)

3 weeks ago she had Fractional Laser treatement and as the result side effects occured, rare brown pigmentation spots started to show up on her face, the doctor couldn't prescribe good medicational treatemt, the only answer given was that after 6 months she should take laser treatement second time. i want to ask the doctor is there any kind of medicational treatement that can help her. P.S she had nothing on her face the only reason she took laser treatement was because of the wrinkeles.
