What is this weird skin dimpling and skin change? (Photos)

5 months post implant with lift I have seen my skin change with this weird dimpling. My doctor says that there is nothing wrong but I cant help but think something is wrong.

Your photos seem normal. Your scar is widened. The dimpling is a combination of some old stretch marks and very widened skin pores that have been stretched out. To make the appearance of the skin better, you can have skin tightening procedure like Fractora.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide

Thank you for the question and the photos. What I see in your photos is completely normal. I see a vertical scar from your lift and what appears to be previous stretch marks that may have been small prior to surgery but on tension may be a little more noticeable to you.
