I have a mole on my chin that I have had shaved of 3 times in the last 15 years first time by a plastic surgeon that said it’s not gonna be a scar and. 2 more times a dermatologist and now there is a white scar left. How can get rid of it completely cuz it bothers me a lot. Also I have a white scar on my neck from a cigarette what procedure do I need to get rid of them?? Need to find a doctor in southern Cali
