I have suffered with fluctuating weight most of my life, particularly throughout my adolescent and teen years. I am now 26 and still losing...but my breast have just suffered. Super saggy and have never really ever been "perky" (probably because I was overweight when they were developing). Is there any way to grow/regrow breast tissue lost from my weight loss? Or will I have to consider breast implants? HELP please...:-(

Thank you for your question. There is no reason why you can't go for a dip in the ocean 3 weeks after breast augmentation provided your incisions have healed normally. I advise my patients that they can shower the day after surgery, and go in the lake or ocean 1 week after. I would not advise...
