Question

I had forehead reduction one year ago. Scar looks awful, what can be done? I'm not comfortable to do revision at this point

I agree with your hesitation about scar revision surgery. Such surgeries performed in areas where there is a good deal of muscular tension on the site (as in this case) are more prone to the subsequent development of stretch scars and tram track stitch marks. If there are any elevated portions of the scar, these can be flattened with intralesional anti-inflammatory injections. For improving scar texture and repigmentation, you would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist regarding treatment involving professionally performed microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) accompanied by the application of prescription pigmentation enhancers topical tyrosine and lanatoprost.
