It is important you have information for post peel care including the need to use sunscreen that should be provided to you. It seems you have experienced a sensitive reaction around your eyes based on the photographs and the hydrocortisone that comes in the post-treatment kit can help ease burning that may be caused. It disturbs me that there was no kit, was this a doctors office?  Is this genuine Vi peel ? The box of peels a physician gets comes with a nice pre packaged kit of sunscreen and hydrocortisone cream plus 3 pads containing retina-a.

It looks as if there was uneven absorption and some areas received more vi thats others. i would get in touch pronto if unavailable make sure you are using good sunscreen. Ice packs may also help.
