I was hoping to be healed by now. My surgeon is great. I know everyone heals differently. I still have swelling under my chin, feels lumpy bumpy there as on one side of jawline and feels super tight. Neck bands are getting better- still tight at times. Is this normal for so long after the surgery?

I would not expect sleeping on your side to cause bruising or swelling after liposuction under your chin, but I do generally recommend that patient's sleep using an extra pillow to keep their head higher than their chest. This does help to reduce swelling that develops after the surgery. ...
