I even have patients who don't want their husband to know that they did something. If you use enough filler you will get dramatic improvement. That being said, it depends on what you have to start with. I have patients who look in the mirror and go "wow" after two syringes of Radiesse while I have some where two gives a nice soft lift and correction that nobody might notice but the patient herself.
