Can one receive dramatic results with 2 syringes in each cheek for high cheekbones ?

I feel 2 syringes in each cheek (totally 4) can definitely gice you noticeable results. A denser product such as Voluma, Radiesse, and Perlane should be used. You could also consider cheek implants that will be placed surgically.

Fillers can give a dramatic result if enough of the product is used by a skilled injector.  Two syringes may not be enough to give the desired result.  Juvederm Voluma is a denser filler and can give more enhancement than other fillers.

Wintersun, You are right when you say that you look at some results and not dramatic Some people want subtle improvement while others want a big change. I even have patients who don't want their husband to know that they did something. If you use enough filler you will get dramatic improvement. That being said, it depends on what you have to start with. I have patients who look in the mirror and go "wow" after two syringes of Radiesse while I have some where two gives a nice soft lift and correction that nobody might notice but the patient herself. Depends on face and how injected and distributed

he can definitely have a dramatic result in the areas of the cheeks with fillers.  If she need more volume I would probably recommend Radiesse.  I think he may have a hard time finding pictures of patients who have had more than 3 or 4 syringes and one sitting as they often look very dramatic and sometimes unnatural if multiple syringes are injected into a single site.  Injecting 4 or more syringes into various areas of the entire face is very common.  If a lot of volume is injected into one area at one time it may make the patient look like a person who has had filler in that makes it less likely that a doctor or patient would post it for the world to see as they may not be particular proud of it.  You may find better luck meeting with some providers and person who may have examples of patient's who wanted to be a little more dramatic in their initial changes with treatment.Chase Lay, MDdouble board-certified facial plastic surgeon

Depending on the degree of of volume loss or flatness, I usually get satisfactory result with 1-2mL per side either with temporary of permanent fillers. Fat transfer is also a very good alternative with longer lasting result.

For cheekbones particularly there is a newer FDA approved filler called Voluma. The particle size is larger which means it can give a more dramatic look. Remember that what it really comes down to is the experience and technique of the injector who is doing the filler. There is an art to using fillers - in the correct placement, depth, etc.!
