Follow-up: Here is my side profile which seems unbalanced. What should I do to fix it? (Photo)

I've always felt like my side profile looked strange and always wanted to fix it. Now is my chance, so surgeons out there, please tell me what is wrong with my side profile and how I could make it more aesthetically pleasing.

It seems the lower jaw and chin are small and did not grow as much. You could either do jaw surgery to advance it  or sliding genioplasty and bring the chin forward and down.

From the one limited photograph, it appears that there is a recessive and weak chin profile for which a chin implant can improve.  Chin implants are manufactured in a large  array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination.  In our practice, we placed  chin implants under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure which takes approximately 30 minutes. Dear Juue Juue, You appear to have a slightly weak chin and chin augmentation can provide you with a more balanced profile. Often in patients like yourself I perform some facial contouring which would include sub-mental liposuction and slight reduction of the buccal fat pads to provide some sculpture and balance to your overall facial aesthetics.
