Temporary crown on dental implant feels loose. What is the problem?

I got an implant 11 months back.A few days ago , dentist restored my implant and put a temporary crown on it to allow for tissue healing. He told me he will put the permanent crown after 4 weeks. The temporary crown has started feeling very loose. I have no pain though. What is wrong?
