Very bad and inflamed ingrown hairs after laser hair removal. Any suggestions?

I got a Brazilian laser hair removal on Friday. This is not my first time but the worst reaction I have ever had. That night without thinking I had intercourse and I believe the skin on skin contact has irritated it. I now have a patch of redness covered in ingrown hairs. Some are very raised and without any pressure I popped one (not on purpose). What should I do to tame this problem.

I suggest consulting with your physician to have a hormone panel test done, as facial hair in women is commonly a hormonal imbalance. Laser hair removal will improve this area and rid the hair on your chin in a series of treatments. Please consult with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

If you go back they will definitely need to use a more conservative setting, because it seems that the settings that were used here were way too strong for your skin. After post laser burns heal they can leave a dark spot, especially if you have a history of hyper pigmentation or scarring easily...
