Comfortably under local anesthesia, fat is sculpted from an area (tummy, flanks, love handles, thighs, arms, knees) and then placed into the breast depressions. Based on your photos, I assume you had implants that have been removed. Likely the capsule was thickened and was removed as well . Were the implants subglandular? The resultant deformity can be improved with scar release and fat grafting though it may require more than one surgery. A secondary lift may also be required depending how you responded to the fat. It is unlikely that you will experience necrosis given the results in the picture. Usually significant discoloration is seen in a necrosis situation. Exciting result!
