Is it bad to walk a lot after a BBL?

Benjamin1995
I've read that in order to minimize risk of blood clothing, it's important to walk in order to provide good blood flow. Would walking a lot (2 hrs+) be a bad thing? I have manic episodes (hyperactivity), and when I feel energetic, I calm myself down by walking a lot.
