Im 2 monrhs post op, and i was woundering when can i start using this waist trainers.? Thank you

You should be wearing compression garments for the first couple of months, the waist trainers are essentially that, can and should be worn after the wounds have healed appropriately. ask your surgeon what his/her preference is

Waist trainers can be helpful but can also cause soft tissue damage when used prematurely or inappropriately.  I have seen linear contour irregularities when used too soon while the fat layer is still healing and remodeling.  I would recommend being fitted by a garment professional rather than guessing and buying online.

My recommendation to my patients is to start after the drains are out.  I am sure your Plastic Surgeon will be happy to answer this question for you.  It is best to follow your doctors advice-since he/she was there for your surgery and has direct knowledge of your surgery.  Good question and good luck with your recovery.  Happy New Year!
