It sounds like you are having complications related to the injections being placed high in the dermis (Radiesse is for a deeper plane). Redness also suggests something more serious, so please return to your injector to handle the problem. If the injector was not a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, I would seek a second opinion from someone in those 2 fields.
I don't know of any case reports linking rosacea to any filler injections, let alone Radiesse (hydroxyapetite). If you have experienced granuloma formation close to the surface of the skin there are low-dose steroid injections that can soften or dissolve these superficial deposits. This answer is not intended to give a medical opinion and does not substitute for medical advice. Radiesse cannot cause rosacea. If you have white spots that means the Radiesse was injected too superficially and the product is showing through. (It doesn't "come" to the surface but it's actually injected too superficially.) The heat though concerns me and could be sign of some infection. I would suggest you return to your injector for an exam because the bottom line is that rosacea isn't from Radiesse. Two weeks after the Radiesse injection I doubt you can move the product under facial layers of the face. I'm more inclined to believe that repetitive manipulation of the area may have caused some additional edema (swelling). Ice does help swelling as do a few medications your doctor can...
Hello,Radiesse is the most popular filler in the world for nonsurgical rhinoplasty but is not ideal for most noses (good for other locations though). If a surgeon is going to use Radiesse, recommend using small amounts near osteotomy sites and bony portions of the nose as its properties can a...
