Hello,Radiesse is the most popular filler in the world for nonsurgical rhinoplasty but is not ideal for most noses (good for other locations though). If a surgeon is going to use Radiesse, recommend using small amounts near osteotomy sites and bony portions of the nose as its properties can actually help with some bony irregularities. If injecting anything in the nose, please seek a nasal expert. Best,Anil Shah

I normally suggest Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane or Belotero for tear troughs, your body will metabolize the filler and the lumps should dissolve but it will take some time and patience

I would say the clinical improvement from Radiesse normally does not last more than a year. There can be some decline beginning after a few months in some cases.
