How can I get rid of the cobblestone effect? (Photos)

I had a FUE 4 years ago and I thought everything went well. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop the hairloss(tried fin, dut, prp, oral minox) and I got to the point where I decided to shave it and get a scalp micopigmentation(big mistake). First time I shaved it off I noticed the cobblestone on the recipient area and somehow I convinced myself that the SMP tattoo will mask it off. This final result ruined my self image even more and now I desperately want to get rid of the cobblestone(I think that the procedures for this will also fade/delete the SMP, but I'm ok with it as long as I can redo it after the skin heals) What would you recommend? Thank you
