Is it possible to get rid of the ridging/cobblestone and keep my scalp micropigmentation? (Photos)

Hello there! 4 years ago, I had a FUE transplant that left me with ridging, especially on the front line. I never cared for it, as I kept my hair pretty long. The thing is, fin/dut/minox did not stop the hair loss and I didn't have the option to do a second transplant (poor donor zone, and already had a lot of visible scars). I recently decided to do a SMP(I've done 2 sessions), having unrealistic expectations, hoping it will blend the ridging(I'm so dumb sometimes lol). Do I have any option of removing the ridges and maybe keep my SMP? All the options I'm reading about seem to delete my SMP and keep me from doing another one for like a year (and I'd prefer not to be visibly bald for such a long period of time). My only hope remains Kenalog injections from what I can tell, but I can't find much information, especially for people who had an SMP. Idk, I'm getting pretty desperate realising that I've overlooked something that big. Anyway, I think I don't have any chance for keeping my SMP, and would really apreaciate if you could tell me what my best options are for removing the ridging. Thank you for your time :)
