As far as your buttock seroma, this may actually represent a blowout or fat cyst which would require surgery to address. These are complicated problems that some surgeons have a lot of experience with. You should try to find a surgeon who has treated blowouts many times and has good results with treating them. I think you would be best served to go to some in person consultation to get good advice as we need to examine your abdomen to see the quality and looseness of your skin and scar tissue from previous liposuction. Also, it is hard to tell what is going on with your buttocks from just photos. You want to do your home work and make sure you pick an experienced board certified PS for your revision.
