Hello! I am curious. I’ve had huge amount of stress before in my life as well as sun exposure but none of these have triggered ocular HSV (per my knowledge, these are the two most common aggravating factors) 5 days before my first ocular hsv outbreak, I received Restylane fillers to my tear trough. I did have some swelling and bruising which healed quite nicely in 2-3 days. Could this possibly have precipitated it? Thank you in advance!

Hi @ms988924. Thank you for sending your photos. You would be a great candidate for tear trough
fillers. Restylane and Belotero work great. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks...
Thank you for your question! No, topical products do not have the ability to be this intense and would not work this way. So no. What is MORE likely is that the Restylane you had done is going away and you are returning to baseline.
Hi @alipatmomo14. It takes a few days to see the final result after dermal filler injections. If you are unhappy with the results after two weeks, you can dissolve the filler with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
