I would recommend a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for an in-person examination to determine the cause of your difficulty breathing and to further discuss your aesthetic goals. Both can and should be addressed in a rhinoplasty surgery. Septoplasty is commonly performed at the time of rhinoplasty. In fact, it's always best to have both procedures performed at the same time to optimize both a functional and cosmetic result. Thank you for posting your photos and questions. As a specialist in rhinoplasty surgery, I hear issues like yours on a daily basis. You appear to have a dorsal hump caused by a combination of excess bone and cartilage. The bone can be filed down and cartilage trimmed so that they will create a straight line for your profile. This would be considered a rhinoplasty, and it only would address the cosmetic factors of your nose. If you have trouble breathing out of one nostril, it could be due to turbinates and/or the septum, so a physical examination would be necessary to determine the cause of your labored breathing. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon in person to discuss your concerns.

Do you qualify for a rhinoplasty? In profile you have an over projecting convex shaped dorsum. This can be reduced to create a less projecting Strait rather than convex dorsal profile. If you have difficulty breathing through the nose you may also have a deviated septum. If so this can be treated at the time you have the rhinoplasty. It is common to perform a rhinoplasty and septoplasty in the same sitting. You do also have a slightly weak chin which makes your nasal profile look more over projecting than it is. Chin augmentation can be performed with fillers or with an implant.

Obstructed nasal breathing may be caused by nasal septal displacement, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal valve collapse, lateral nasal wall collapse, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and environmental irritants. Internal nasal examination is required to differentiate and to determine your candidacy for septoplasty, and / or turbinectomy.
From your photos, I note a moderately high dorsal line and a round amorphous nasal tip. You would be considered an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty.
