Purple skin 7 days post FUE, what can I use to minimize it? Aloe Vera? (photos)

Hello. I underwent FUE 3050 grafts about 7 days ago. My scabs started to peel off and I'm terrified - this isn't necessarily redness, it basically looks purple. I'm terrified I have been scarred for life. I do understand that post-op redness takes a bit to subside and depends on the skin tone, howevernever seen a one quite like it. Is there anything I could use to minimize it? Is aloe vera safe to use afer 7 days? Please, I'm feeling desperate. I'm attaching my post-op after 3 days to compare.
