I'm on finasteride since 45-50 and I'm still receding at the temples nonstop.. Will my temples grow back after a year or so?

If you start using minoxidil you need to use it for long term. On the other hand you can take a look at mezothearphy, PRP treatment and laser comb treatments.

Minoxidil is a very good choice. If you want to use tablets you can use multivitamin, biotin or finasteride. You can also get PRP treatment as an alternative.
