One of my eyes (left) is smaller than the other and has become quite noticeable over the years. My orbital CT scan is normal and paranasal sinuses are also clear, though I have a mildly deviated septum. Also, the affected eye is always more moist than the other. I feel better muscular control on my right eye and feel that is my dominant eye. I am slightly myopic and the power is a bit more in the left eye (I think -1). What could be the possible reason? Are there any exercises to correct it?
