Back Molar Teeth Touch at Rest.

Question

My 2nd molars on both sides are rubbing against each other at rest. This has resulted in jaw tension and headaches. To the best of my knowledge, I don't have any other occasional issues apart from this. What are the options available to get this issue resolved. I do understand that I need to be evaluated by a dentist or an orthodontist, but I want to make sure that I'm aware of all the treatment options before visiting one.

Prosthodontists are masters of occlusion. so it's my advice to visit a prosthodontist instead of an orthodontist.

First of all. You need to post your teeth photos for primary evaluation. Then. We evaluate your teeth bite proportions. If there is generalised vertical tooth height reduction in all your teeth. Then full mouth capping or inlays is the only solution in long term. Starting wearing a night guard soft in night   
This will stop immediately. Do relaxation and slow breathing awareness meditation before sleep
