My 2nd molars on both sides are rubbing against each other at rest. This has resulted in jaw tension and headaches. To the best of my knowledge, I don't have any other occasional issues apart from this. What are the options available to get this issue resolved. I do understand that I need to be evaluated by a dentist or an orthodontist, but I want to make sure that I'm aware of all the treatment options before visiting one.
